Sustainable sponsoring for young design talents from Russia
The Igedo Company offers young talents a reliable basis for expanding and consolidating their talent and design skills internationally. As part of this commitment the Russian Silhouette Charity Foundation was founded in 1997. The Russian Silhouette Charity Foundation Award is thought to be one of the biggest contests for young Russian designers and is held annually throughout Russia. The winner receives a sponsored booth at CPM Moscow and cpd from Igedo Company to acquire first trade fair experiences - currently at CPM and cpd 2010. Initiator and manager of the project: Tatjana Michalkova.
This year's winners of the Russian Silhouette Charity Foundation Awards have been announced: Valeria Pivotskaya from St. Petersburg with her current collection, "Difficult Age". Runner-up is Mahmudov Djemal from Moscow with his collection "Ptsih". The two winners will present themselves to the CPM in February 2010 (hall 8.1, stand A40), and the winner will receive an additional booth at the cpd in July 2010.
